I had a very difficult time purchasing my first house because of difficulties with the lender, so when it came time to actually start looking for a house I wasn't really expecting much. Wow I called to get a realtor in the St. Louis area. I lucked out. I got the best realtor that I could have. I work and live at lake of the Ozarks and deal with realtors daily.
